Led by CEO Ockie Olivier, a founding member of Proper Group Limited, IIQ has over 40 years of experience in providing insightful, practical solutions to farm businesses. Ockie Olivier is a seasoned Agricultural Economist with over 42 years of experience in the field. He specializes in financial analysis, scenario planning, and fair asset distribution, helping farm managers make informed, trusted decisions. Ockie’s expertise lies in developing systems and strategies that optimize, grow, and safeguard farm businesses for future success.

- B.Sc. Agriculture (Animal Science) – Stellenbosch University
- B. Comm. (Hons) – UNISA, specializing in Strategic Management, Marketing, and Agricultural Finance
